Zhejiang LAP Industry Co., Ltd. Was founded in 2012, as one professional manufacturer of automobile brake calipers.
Now the company has more than 270 stuffs, under control by one united and strong leadership team who have more than 16 years experiences in this industry. Now we have 100 sets machining centers, 75 sets NC lathes, 16 horizontal millers and 19 sets other machines, the current annual production capacity is 2.2 million PCS.
Besides these production machines, there are also many testing machines or instruments, like low air pressure test machine, high hydraulic pressure test machine, hardness tester, 3D coordinate instrument, combined high & low temperature testing machine, EPB special tester, metallograhic image analyzer, braking performance testing machine, etc
. LAP is always focusing on the quality improvement, we have strict QC management, buy more and more testing machines, organize professional training for our workers to improve their skills. And we have got the certificate of ISO 9001: 2008 in 2015 and ISO/TS 16949: 2009 in 2016, then trans to IATF 16949 in 2019.
